Takiko Muto Southard born in Nagoya, Japan on December 30, 1928, to Yaichi and Kano Muto, passed away on July 12, 2023, at Abode Contemplative Care. She is survived by her daughter, Tina Southard, (Kathy) of San Antonio. She previously lived in Lubbock, TX for 40 years and spent the last 10 years in San Antonio. Taki was a kind and generous person who had many friends that she cherished dearly. She never met a stranger and was always thankful for all that she had been given in life.
Taki was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Lauriston Southard.
