Tesion lived her life with eternity on her mind. Her passion for God and for others was evident in all that she did, and her personal time with God guided every decision and action of her life. She was full of humility and grace, but also carried herself with power and purpose, from working as a talented and compassionate nurse, professionally mentoring others in the medical field, initiating conversations of world challenges and solutions, and directing every interaction with others to the heart of God. Her intentionality of instilling Godly attributes and healthy respect into her children will have a lasting impact affecting generations to come. Her children are the greatest legacy she leaves behind, as she believed the greatest way to combat evil was to do good, and that there was no greater good than to raise Godly children. There was never a wasted moment with Tesion, and she lived her life to make a difference in those around her. The greatest difference she made was in the life of her husband of 12 years, who counts it a privledge and an honor to call her his beloved wife.
Her passions were cooking, hosting people in her home, connecting with her church family on Sundays, and speaking of her faith. Tesion is survived by her husband, Abel Taye; her children, Bemnet Abel, Joseph Abel, and Emily Abel; her parents; and brothers and sisters.
