She was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Carman Hunnicutt, sister, Leola Kneupper, brother, Arnold Achterberg and sister, Ruby Stolte. She is survived by her sister, Arlene Achterberg of Pipe Creek, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home. Her funeral service will be at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
