Thelma Mae Runyan-Dubose

Thelma Mae Runyan-Dubose passed away on March 26, 2014 at the age of 74. She was born in Sherman, TX on December 9, 1939 and was a member of the Harlandale Presbyterian Church and had attended San Pedro Presbyterian Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Perry Runyan Sr.; her parents, Harold and Marion Mitchell-Hardin; her sister, Carol Reil; and her second husband, James Dubose.

She is survived by her children, Cynthia Rivenburgh (John), Perry Runyan Jr. (Becky), Harold Runyan (Isabella) , and Pamela Burgos (Alex); her grandchildren Kristopher Rivenburgh, Rachel Rivenburgh-Grove (Seth), Melissa , Melanie, Perry III, & Matthew Runyan , Zachary & Henry Burgos , Brian , Karla, & Jason Runyan; her great grandchildren, Cynthia Grove, Audrina Runyan -Contreras, Savannah & Remington Runyan, Steven, Jaycob, Jon Anthony, & Dresden. She is also survived by her four brothers, Harold Gray Mitchell Jr., Donnie, Michael, and Larry Lacey; many nephews, nieces and her Shriner Ladies from the Daughters Of the Nile, Nekodah Temple.

Visitation will be 5-7 pm, Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be 12 noon, Thursday, April 3, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home with interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park. The Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
