He was preceded in death by parents, Col. Paul and Rella Sue Ragland.
He is survived by his wife, Terry P. Ragland of San Antonio; sons, John T. Ragland and wife Dr. Moluk Ragland of Ft. Worth, and Mark Ragland and wife Rosemary of San Antonio; daughters, June R. Rivera-Rivera and husband Jenaro of San Antonio, Jean R. Cruz and husband Bill of Castroville, and Cynthia R. Perez and husband Alfred of San Antonio; brother, Mike Ragland and wife Anita; three sisters-in-law, Tomie Concepción and husband Woodrow of Guam, Annie Gutierrez and husband Adolf of California, and Mary Hathaway and husband Jerry of San Angelo; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
His unconditional love, infectious smile and presence will be deeply missed.
