He was a 1958 graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School and attended The University of Texas. He also served in the U.S. Air Force.
Tom had a successful career in commercial real estate throughout the State of Texas, serving as a Vice President of Lincoln Property Company LPC while in Dallas, as well as various other positions in commercial real estate ventures.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Willard and Elizabeth Vincent.
Survived by his wife, Noel Toy his angel; son, Tom Vincent, II his proudest accomplishment in life and wife, Sterlene; granddaughter, Zoe Noel the light of his life; mother-in-law, Jacque Watson all of San Antonio; brother-in-law, Alton S. Newman of Gillett, TX; sister-in-law, April Newman; niece, Presley Cooper both of San Antonio; cousins; Robert Maxwell, Jr. of Casper, WY; Ann Kromhout of Tallahassee, FL; best friend, Rod Gray of Boerne, TX; goddaughters, Juli Guzzo of Southlake, TX and Jennifer Chaney of Dallas, TX.
