

Timothy Fritz Turner passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2006 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 56. He was born in Hamburg, Germany to Kurt Karl and Dorothy Ahrens Weber on April 23, 1949. Tim was the kindest, most courteous and helpful person. He graduated from St. Philps College with a degree in Bio-Medical Technology. He worked for Siemens for 21 years as a field service repairman of Bio-Medical Equipment and he served for 10 years in the U. S. Army as a transportation specialist. He was skilled in electricity, carpentry, plumbing and mechanical maintenance and completely remodeled his home. Tim was well traveled, traveling all over Europe, Asia, Canada, Bermuda, the Caribbean, Mexico and all 50 United States and he volunteered at PBS and an active member of the San Antonio Museum of Art and the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. He loved all outdoor activities and was restoring a 1923 Model T. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, John W. Turner. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Judy Carol Turner; parents, Kurt Karl and Dorothy Weber; mother-in-law, Alma F. Turner of Rover, TN. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 25, 2006 from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, January 26, 2006 at 11:30 a.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
