

Van Randolph Alston, age 35, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024, in Denver, Colorado. Van was born in Austin, Texas on October 22, 1988. He was born thirty minutes before his identical twin brother, Alex.
Van proudly graduated from Oklahoma State University, with a degree in Business Management, and was working to complete his master’s degree at the University of the Incarnate Word. Van began his career working with J.B. Hunt and soon went on to work with H-E-B where he worked for the remainder of his life.Van was a big shoulder when you needed one, a big hug, and a kind and gentle person. Van was a man of faith, and he knew our Savior and our Lord, Jesus.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Jack and Betty Lewis. Van is survived by his mother, Lynda Alston; father, Tim Alston; brother, Alex Alston; sister, Emily Alston; niece, Audrey Alston; grandparents, Marlin and Sandra Alston; aunts and uncles, Larry Lewis, and Jeff and Angie McCormick.
