Vicente Vargas Jr.

Vicente Vargas Jr. born on October 21, 1936, went to be with the Lord on May 24, 2018. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Herminia Vargas; sons Vicente III, Rodolfo, Enrique, Andres; daughter-in-law Mari and parents Trinidad and Vincente Vargas. He is survived by his children Richard, Gloria Rodriguez, Alejandro, Alberto, Cristina (Henry); numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He enjoyed the outdoors including fishing, camping and boat riding. He was a family oriented man. Vicente always had a sweet tooth, he loved his desserts. He will truly be missed by family and friends. A Visitation will be on Tuesday May 29, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. at Trevino Funeral Home on 2525 Palo Alto Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. On Wednesday, May 30, 2018, a Funeral Procession will depart the Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass at St. Leonard’s Catholic Church with Interment to follow at First Memorial Burial Park in Von Ormy, TX.
