She was predeceased by her father, Bruce.
She is survived by her husband, Harry Banner; her mother, Maxine Kershaw of Dallas; and her step-daughter, Nicole Tamaura of El Cajon, California.
For the last five years, Vicki was employed in the President's Office at UTSA. Her many friends and co-workers will remember her bright smile, infectious laugh and helpful personality.
Vicki will be missed by many, many people.
