She is survived by her sons, David T. Williams and wife, Lou, of San Antonio; John T. Williams and wife, Carol, of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Tom D. Williams of San Antonio; Susan Williams Sloan and husband, Mike, of Austin; Christy Williams Wyskiel and husband, Matt, of Baltimore; and Tolliver Williams and wife, Melissa, of Chapel Hill, NC; and great-grandchildren, Jamie and Tolliver Wyskiel, of Baltimore, MD.
Born Virginia West Potter to Ethel and Read Potter on April 1, 1911, in Amarillo, TX, the third of four girls, Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary Aurelia and Ettalee, as well as by most of her contemporaries.
She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Potter Peteet of Dallas, TX; several nieces and nephews and many younger friends.
