He was preceded in death by his parents, Alton and Irene Ottmers; brother, Dave Eddie Ottmers and granddaughter, Tatelyn Jeffcoat.
He is survived by his wife of 33 years Betty Ottmers of San Antonio; daughters, Georgia Cotham and husband David of San Antonio, Kathleen "Kitten" Clark and husband Erik of Bulverde, Tiffany Jeffcoat of San Antonio, and Leslie Stewart and husband Billy of Bulverde; grandchildren, Brandon, Stephanie, Matthew, Tanner, Chance, Randall, Tacey and Khye; sisters, Shirley Rodriguez of Slidell, LA and Patsy Nichols of San Antonio; brother Charles Ottmers of San Antonio; and numerous nieces and nephews.
