William Young Barth (Will) was born on August 2, 1954, in Ohio to Mary Leize Kernaghan and Webster Young Barth. He died on August 9, 2023, at home. He is survived by his sister, Mary Margaret Noel (George), niece Katy Noel, and nephew, Joe Noel. He has several great nephews and a great niece.
