He was a very active parishioner of St. Pius X Catholic Church, where he was in Knights of Columbus for 49 years, St. Vincent De Paul, and numerous other memberships. He was a retired U.S Coast Guard Veteran of WWII.
He was preceded in death by his "Dear Love", Bo Crowley in 2003. Bill is survived by their children, Tish Crowley-Ochoa and husband Jesse, Cindy Eastman and husband, Kirk, Linda Crowley-Bell, William R. 'Chip' Crowley, Jr. of Austin and Donah Crowley; grandchildren, Kyndel, Hannah and Jason; great grandchildren, Aimee and Lilliana.
