William Kendall Durham

William Kendall Durham, age 72, passed away on Saturday, September 20, 2014 in San Antonio, Texas. He was born on July 26, 1942 in Seguin, Texas to Archie Dean and Margaret Kendall Durham. William graduated from H. M. King High School. After obtaining his bachelor's degree in marketing from Texas A&I University, William served in the Air force.

William was an entrepreneur, his numerous business ventures included: Durham Distributing Co., Durham's Music Mart, Durham Oilfield Services, Trinity Services, and Trinity Landscape Services. Additionally, he served as a director of the South Texas Chamber of Commerce, served as a member of Mercantile National Bank's board of directors, Kingsville Chamber of Commerce, Elks lodge, and Navy League.

He was preceded in death by his father; Archie Dean Durham; mother, Margaret Kendall Durham, and brother: Michael Dean Durham. William Kendall Durham is survived by his wife, Penelope Ann Durham of San Antonio; son, Kendall Mathers Durham of Kingsville; daughter, Ann Katherine Durham of San Antonio, and sister, Dee Ann Hubert of George West.

A celebration of life will be held in William's honor at a later date.
