Dear family: I am sorry for your loss ... Eddy and I met while attending Mark Twain Jr High and later both transferred to Edison High. We lost track for a number of years but were brought back together by the periodic Jacala lunches which spawned numerous email communications. Years ago we became friends, I'm going to miss our weekly talks , lunches and dinner with our wives. I'm happy as sad I was there with you when you became sick and we were there when God took you home. We are going to miss not talking to you and seeing you. A few years ago you told us that we were family. We love you Eddy.

Eddy was a good friend to me. Whenever I needed advice at work or at home, he was there to offer his advice and support. He was a generous man and his family meant everything to him. He will be greatly missed.

Eddie and I became friends when he was the Superintendent on the Northside Customer Service buildout for CPS Energy back in 2002. He and I were involved in multiple projects over the years. I enjoyed conversing with him about work, state of the union, or just life in general. His sense of humor and his kind heart were awesome. I will miss my CPS brother.
