Wynelle Chapman

She was preceded in death by her parents, J. Frank and Mary Chapman; brothers, William Rae and M. Lynn Chapman.

She is survived by her sister, Patsy Poche.

Wynelle Chapman graduated from Southern Methodist University where she was a member of the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority.

Her career in retail led her to a position of leadership with Dillard's Department Stores where she served as Vice President until her retirement. Wynelle was actively involved in the Ministry of Alamo Heights United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed her bible study groups and served as a Stephen Minister.

Wynelle especially enjoyed her time spent with her niece, Alexandra at the stables and watching her ride her horse and compete. She was proud of her niece and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews accomplishments.

She was grateful for the close friendship of her caregiver, Sabas Zulaica.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, December 4, 2013 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 p.m. at Porter Loring on McCullough.
