Almetta Henderson

Almetta Henderson, age 82 passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2024. Almetta was born in Mississippi. Almetta a beloved figure for her family, sadly left our world on June 20, 2024, after a life richly lived in service and kindness. Almetta Henderson was a beacon of light and hope in our family, touching lives through Love and kindness. Preceded in death by her husband Robert Lee Henderson, her father George Williams Sr and mother Hattie Williams, and leaving a legacy through her daughters Linda Henderson (Perris, CA), Gwendolyn Henderson (Mesa, AZ), her son's Anthony Henderson (Las Vegas, NV), Robert Henderson Jr (Moreno Valley, CA); her sister and brother Arneda Stewman ( Oregon) and George Williams Jr (Mississippi); her 14 grandchildren and her 25 Great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Almetta’s memory will be a guiding star for all who knew her. In remembrance, A memorial service for Almetta will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404, followed by a graveside service from 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM., where we will honor Almetta’s enduring impact on our community and hearts.
