Helena Deluca

With her husband Frank, she traveled cross-country to San Bernardino, Ca. in

February of 1992 and was a 27-year resident of that city before moving to Hesperia in 2019.

Helen worked as a payroll clerk for American Velour Mills for 10 years followed by 20 years at American Standard.

Helen enjoyed going to the San Manuel (Yaamava) casino with her husband, playing card games and bingo as well as watching Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune and ice-skating. A wonderfully kind and friendly person, she thoroughly enjoyed talking to everyone, especially with her family. For Helen, "family" was everything.

Helen was preceded in death by her loving husband of 40 years, Francesco (Frank); her parents John and Catherine; brothers Frank Galle, Dominick Galle, Ralph Galle, John Galle Jr., Richard Galle and sisters Rose Galle, Carmela Mignella, Mary Tomaro, Frances Cataldo, Elizabeth Pranzatelli and Angelina Holeva.

Helen is survived by her brother, Anthony Galle (Barbara) of Washington, N.J. and sister, Dolores Griguoli of Middlesex, N.J. as well as nearly 100 nephews and nieces.

A private memorial reception will be held for the family and close friends on Saturday, March 4, preceded by internment at Mt. View Cemetery.
