Joe worked at Unique Concepts for many years. His co-workers became more like family. You could always find Joe sitting outside the shop to greet customers with a smile.
Joe leaves behind his lovely wife, Cecilia M. Mestas; Mother, Laura Lemus; Father, Steven Mestas Sr.; brother Steven Mestas Jr; sister Breanna Lemus; grandmother Ruth Torres; in-laws, Peter & Jacqueline Calzadillas; brother in-law Peter & Angel; sister in-law, Kathy Mestas, 3 niece 7 nephews very close Aunts Uncles cousins and friends
Joe will especially be remembered for his smile and kindness " smiling is the universal sign of kindness "
Joe will be greatly missed by his wife, family and friends but FOREVER IN OUR HEARTS.
A memorial service for Joseph will be held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404.
