A visitation for Margarita will be held Thursday, December 16, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Mt. View Mortuary & Cemetery, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A funeral service will occur Friday, December 17, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A committal service will occur Friday, December 17, 2021 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404.

Margarita Mendoza was born October 9, 1938 in Zacatecas, Mexico, but spent her youth as the youngest girl, nicknamed La Nina, in Chihuahua, Mexico where she met her husband and love of her life, Fernando Mendoza. They moved to the US and raised their two daughters, Olga and Theresa in San Bernardino. She was born into heaven on November 26, 2021 surrounded by loved ones in her longtime home. She is deeply loved and missed by her family which includes her grandchildren, Fernando, John, Louie, Briana, Britni, Breena, Jacob, Alexis, and Brea, as well as great-grandchildren, Malia, Malyn, Fabian, Nicholas, Sofia, Vaughn, and Myles. She had an incredible faith and prayed her rosary daily as well as an active parishioner at Our Lady of Guadalupe. She loved the fiestas, food, and music. She is a beautiful soul and continues to live on in our hearts and in heaven.
