Noel Dennis Baliling

Noel Dennis Baliling, age 50, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022. Noel was born November 27, 1971 in San Bernardino, CA to Ester Calaycay and Martin Cajimat Baliling Jr. Noel was the third child of four siblings. He graduated from San Bernardino High School and attended Cal Poly Pomona College. Noel went on to work for San Manuel Indian Casino, State Compensation Insurance Fund and lastly Nevada Alternative Solutions Inc. as a Senior Claims Examiner Assistant for the past 15 years.

As a child, Noel loved art, calligraphy and music. He was so creative with his painting and loved to share it with his friends and family growing up. Noel shared the same qualities like his grandpa, Martin Sr., when it came to neatness. He was so well organized at home and at work. Everything always had to be clean and neat- his bed made every morning, clothes ironed daily and the house organized and immaculate. Everyone knew this trait of Noel! He also enjoyed gardening and growing plants. He had a green thumb, as everything he touched blossomed and thrived.

In 2006, Noel settled in Las Vegas and created many great friendships out there. He enjoyed spending his time exploring new spots and restaurants in Las Vegas with his Partner, Greg Rivera. The last few years of his life were his absolute best!! He was so happy and content and you can feel his love and joy when you were around him. Noel had a contagious smile and laugh!!

Noel is survived by his mother, Ester Baliling, three sisters, Maria Burger, Marietta Lomentigar and Marites Ta and his life partner Greg Rivera. Noel also leaves behind three nephews -Thomas and Logan Burger and Mathew Ta and a beloved niece, Rachel Noelle Lomentigar. His untimely passing has been so difficult to those he left behind. But we are comforted in knowing he is alongside his beloved Dad now.
