

Ollie Mae Taylor was born March 29, 1950, in Leland Mississippi to the parents of Fred Redmond and Idell Wilson, where Ollie received Christ at an early age in which Ollie often attended St. Mark Baptist Church. In 1968 Ollie married Howard Taylor Jr., where she began to start a family.
Ollie is survived by one sister Mary Ann Butler, of Rialto, California, and one brother Willie Wilson of San Bernardino, California. Ollie was preceded by her mother Idell Wilson of Mississippi, her Father Fred Redmond of Mississippi, and her granddaughter Alicia Smith of San Bernardino, CA. Ollie leaves to cherish her 6 children, Carolyn Taylor of San Bernardino, California, Katrina Taylor, of Moreno Valley, California, Howard Taylor III of Riverside, California, Teresa Taylor of Rancho Cucamonga, California, Michelle Miller of Huntsville Alabama, and Sonya Cooper of Rancho Cucamonga, California. Ollie had 17 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren with a host of nieces and nephews.
Many people knew Ollie as (Granny, and Mae-Mae) Ollie enjoyed playing cards, going to the casino, watching wrestling, soap operas, and cooking. Most of all, Ollie enjoyed joking around, dancing, and hanging out with her sister Mary Ann Butler and her best friend Joann Larkin. Ollie was a people person and most famously known for cooking and her dance moves.
Ollie was a loving and caring person who cherished and loved unconditionally her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Ollie will forever be in the hearts and memories of the people she touched. Ollie will forever be missed by those who knew and loved her.
