Paul is survived by his son Noah De La Cruz of California; his mother Linda Duarte of California and his father Andres De La Cruz of Virginia; his sister Amy Montgomery of California, his brother Johnathan De La Cruz of California and his sister Ana De La Cruz of Virginia.

A funeral service will occur Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404. A graveside service will occur Wednesday, March 22, 2023 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM, 570 East Highland Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92404.
