Raquel Pacheco was born on January 03, 1942 in Villa de Cos, Zacatecas, Mex. She peacefully
passed away in her home on November 4, 2024 at the age of 82 years.
She was a devoted military wife for 55 years, supporting her husband, Juan Antonio
Pacheco(USAF RETIRED), through countless deployments and relocations. Her strength,
resilience, and unwavering dedication to her family made her the backbone of the home, even as
her husband moved from base to base, always adapting with grace and perseverance.
A true matriarch, Raquel Pacheco was a cherished mother and a proud grandmother. Her love for
her family, her deep sense of duty, and her caring spirit were evident in everything she did. She
embraced life with an open heart and found joy in bringing people together, whether hosting
family gatherings or simply offering a listening ear.
She is survived in death by her beloved husband, Juan Pacheco; her children Monica, Rolando
and David. Her Grandchildren: Juan Ramon, Steven and Catalina. Her siblings, cousins and
many extended family and friends who will miss her dearly.
A Viewing and Rosary will be held at the Mt. View Mortuary in San Bernardino CA on
December 3, 2024 from 3:00pm-7:00pm
Church service to honor Raquel Pacheco will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe in San
Bernardino CA on December 4, 2024 at 10:00am.
Burial will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside CA at 12:00pm
Raquel Pacheco’s legacy of love, strength, and dedication will live on in the hearts of all who
knew her.
She will forever be in our hearts.
