William 'Billy' Harrison Ruben has joined his mother Stella and his brothers, Ray and Robbie in the afterlife. Born and raised in Colton, California on January 20,1940, passing at the age of 82 years on October 29, 2022.
Proud of his service in the United States Army, receiving a good conduct award, he returned to San Bernardino to work at the Iron and Metal family business.
He leaves his wife Rosa of 38 years, 44 years together, his son Devon (Jennifer), grandchildren Savannah, Kayden and Wyatt, his step-daughter Kimberly, grandsons Nolan, Nathan and Ian. Daughters Roslyn and Elizabeth (Manuel), grandchildren Jason and Jeremy (Carolina), Stephanie (Eric), Katarina (Andes), great grandchildren Mason and Madison.
His brother Donald and sisters Norma and Debra, and many nieces and nephews, as well as friends.
A very patient and loving man, he is greatly missed by family and friends.
Graveside services Wednesday November 16, 2022 at 9:30-10:00 am at Riverside National Cemetery 22495 Van Buren Blvd. Riverside, California.
