Aida Sismaet Rosas was born in Marogondon, Cavite, Philippines. She recently passed away from a long illness. She was a beautiful, strong woman who loved her family. We love her and miss her dearly.
By her side were her daughters Ruby and Grace. She is also survived by daughter Emelda (husband Lynn), son John (Deborah), grandchildren Kristin (Art), Ashleigh (Demitri), Austin and Emma, and Grace’s husband David. Aida lived long enough to see her great granddaughters, Aria, Ava and Eleya. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was pre-deceased by her husband Roman, her parents Maximo and Romana, and siblings, Soledad, Agatona, Pacifico, Ricardo, Fernando, Angeles, Magdalena, Aurora, Valeriano, Victoriano, Rosalino, and Florencia.
She is free now to catch up with her family who went ahead.
Many thanks to her wonderful caregivers who comforted her (and us,) and made her last years peaceful.
A visitation for Aida will be held Friday, September 13, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at El Camino Memorial Chapel, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego, CA 92121. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 1:15 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Drive, San Diego, CA 92122.
