Angel was born to Gloria and Eduardo Ting-Tuazon in Manila, Philippines on Oct 11, 1942. He moved to China at the age of 9 years old with his father and attended school there. He moved back to Philippines at the age of 13 and attended Mapua Institute of Technology. He later met Mercy in the 1960’s and they married. By then he had established his own business in the hardware industry and managed it for 33 years. Their first born Lito came into their lives in 1965 and they later welcomed their daughter Lian 14 years later. He supported his family with his business until retirement. In 1999, they migrated to the US to care for their grandchild- youngest of Lito’s three children: Joseph, Janelle, and Jillian. Through the years, Angel and Mercy would frequently visit their daughter, Lian, in the Philippines. She later welcomed her first born Angelo in 2001 and 14 years later, her daughter MJ came into the family. Angel was a family oriented, hard worker, and always did his best to provide and care for his family between the US and Philippines. He always spoke of family being his priority and he truly lived by it. When he passed on December 23, 2024, he was surrounded by his loved ones- physically and virtually. Angel’s legacy continues through unforgettable stories shared between friends and family.
