Frances Barbara Neuer

She is survived by her two nieces, Theresa Lynne Doris Hayes (husband Robert) and Victoria Louise Doris. She had one nephew, Scott Doris. She had numerous great nephews and nieces along with her best friend's Mark Shelton (aka brother) and Jill Rachel. She Is preceded in death by her mothers, Jessie Waddell and Ida Sachs, father. David Neuer and her sister, Sandra Rose Doris (Neuer).

After moving from New Jersey to San Diego in 1958, Fran began working for Rohr (previously Convair) an Aircraft Manufacturer, as a material ordering coordinator. She worked there for 42 years.

Fran was of quick wit, with a deep caring for her family and was loved by everyone she met. She had a deep love and passion for animals.

A viewing will take place at El Camino Memorial in Sorrento Valley on Wednesday, May 14th, 2025, at 12:30 with burial immediately following at 1:00. The service will be officiated by Nancy Conklin. Funeral Arrangements are provided by El Camino Memorial. All are welcome to attend and Celebrate Fran's Life.
