Hector A. Delgado

Hector was born on July 7, 1948 to Hector Sr. and María Salomé in Arequipa, Peru. Growing up, Hector had an incredibly great childhood. This would go on to shape his life as an adult and would inspire him to be a dedicated and loving father.

After meeting Reina Martinez in 1979 at her sisters house in San Pedro, the pair went on to eventually marry, going on to have two beautiful daughters, Rosibel and Kelly Delgado.

Hector was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Rosibel, Kelly, and Riena and always tried his best to support them.

Hector was also an amazing grandfather to three great grandchildren Nicholas, Christian, and Santiago and could often be found at the park or the beach with them when he wasn’t at work.

Hector was also a passionate sports enthusiast and whiskey connoisseur. If he wasn’t dancing, snapping fingers, and making you laugh then he was making conversation and sharing his knowledge.

We mourn the loss of our father and encourage any and all who knew him to remember the beauty he brought to this world.
