Jennifer Adrian Rafter

Jennifer is survived by her husband, James Rafter Sr.; her son James Rafter Jr.; her son David Rafter; and her daughter Samantha Perea.

Jennifer was born in Los Angeles and moved to the Coachella Valley with her father, Harold, while in middle school. There she formed a lifetime of friendships and memories. She attended Indio High School and was a proud Raja. Her relationships from high school were vast and would last a lifetime.

Jennifer's passion was her family. Her sister, Gretchen, was her everything. As a mother, nothing was more important than her babies. She became known as "Mama bear" for good reason. She devoted her life to being the best Mama possible. She was also the proudest "Auntie" in the world, she loved her nieces and nephews as much as her own. When she became a "Grantie" it was her happiest time when she was able to hold the babies and watch them grow as she did with her own babies.

A funeral service for Jennifer will be held Wednesday, October 26, 2022 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at Our Mother of Confidence, 3131 Governor Dr, San Diego, CA 92122. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at Miramar National Cemetery, 5795 Nobel Dr, San Diego, CA 92122. A celebration of life event will be held after the committal service at Embassy Suites La Jolla, 4550 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92122.
