Joseph Michael “Mike” Devan, 88, was born in Seattle, WA on September 9th, 1935. Mike went home to be with our Lord on January 21, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Clara, daughter Lori Aiken, his parents, and siblings. He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Coffey, Son, Michael Devan (Karie), grandchildren, Jessica Coffey, Michael A. Devan (Tabetha), Mackenzie Aiken, Riley Devan, great-granddaughter, Lillie Devan, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mike was an Electronics Engineer for the Navy (Civilian) for 37 years. He began his career at the Naval Electronic Laboratory on Point Loma in 1964 and ended his government career at the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) in 2001. He worked another 10 years with a government contractor until he retired for good in 2011.
