Kirby L. Boehner

Kirby L. Boehner passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2010. Kirby was born in Minnesota and moved to San Diego while in high school. He married the love of his life, Cathy, on November 27, 1981. He was a loving, supportive and extremely devoted husband, stepfather, grandpa, son, brother and uncle. Kirby’s favorite thing was to spend time with his wife and his family. He loved and cared for his pets like no other and he was a dedicated sports fan. Kirby will be deeply missed by all who loved him, laughed with him and shared special memories.

He is survived by wife, Cathy, stepdaughters Debbie Condon, Darlene Pedro, Dianne Wingfield and Teresa Haynes; loving son-in-laws P.T., Denny, Steve and Adam; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; his parents Don and Joanne Boehner; 2 sisters and 9 nieces and nephews.

On Tuesday, June 29, 2010, in the Salli Lynn Chapel at Greenwood Mortuary, a private viewing will be held for family from 5pm to 6pm, with public viewing from 6pm to 9pm.

Funeral services for Kirby will be held at 2pm, Wednesday June 30, 2010, in the Salli Lynn Chapel followed by committal at Greenwood Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Kirby to Kaiser Hospice.
