Ty, it breaks my heart to even have to be writing this. You were more than just a coworker to us I’m so glad to have been able to call you my friend. Thank you for the laughs & words of wisdom. RIP to a real one ! Fly high friend. 

Bro..I'm still sitting her hoping all this was just a bad dream..that I'll wake up tomorrow you'll still be here with us..but it's starting to hit harder now knowing illl wake up tomorrow and it will be the last time I'll see you in physical form..it's all starting to sink in..I'm not ready to remember the memories we had..I would rather still have you here and create more memories together..like you always tell me "vic me and you we click "and we sure did..I'm not ready to say goodbye or until we meet again..our boychi isn't gonna be the same without you..who's gonna text us n say "hey fam beers cold come thru..or the mountains blue"...it's not going to be the same fam..I miss you fam ..I really really do..n it hurts..it really do..I really wish your still here..but the man up above have other plans for you..at the same time he's hurting us by taking you away from us..and yeah it does hurt..but where ever you are in heaven know that we love and miss you so much brother..I can keep on going and tell you more of how I'm feeling but I'm limited to only 2000 characters..lol..but I'll just have to face reality tomorrow n say " until we meet again"..I love you fam..I'm gonna miss you..watch over us all..

I have known Outhay since the mid 90’s, where I met him at San Diego High. In high school, he was given the nickname “EO” by my cousin Rath. You talk about a guy who knows everything, if you have questions about cars, he knows it, talking about a girl, he knows her,   how to breakdance, yeah, he knows that too! “EO” stand for Everything Outhay. Thinking back, I can’t help but smile. The good ole times! Oh yeah, can’t forgot the Toyota Supra! Outhay would stop in the middle in the of a busy traffic and let his car bounce, with a smirk on his face while bobbing his head, music blasting to the sound of Bone Thugs, 2 Pac, Dr Dre. We grew apart, but the memories will remain. Rest easy my friend.

Ty, your zest for life and upbeat personality was truly something so many enjoyed, and I always looked forward to your cheerful and upbeat comments. You have left a big hole in my heart and the heart of so many others, I'm sure.   I will miss your organized desk with labeled tools, and having everything exactly where it needed to be. The stars shine brighter today because of you!

Rest In Peace my Bro! Gosh, I am still shocked ! You were such a very loving , caring  and a very good person. I am very glad to have known you for so many years, you were like a bro to me!  All the fun times, the memories will always stay.  I don’t know anyone that doesn’t appreciate you.  You’ve always been super friendly, supportive, funny, and always willing to reach in to help others!  Thank you for always been a good friend to us; Joy, I and especially to  David.  I know how tight you and David were.   I know that if David was still alive, he would say, RIP my bro! You are with him now. You will always be remembered by a lot of your families, friends, colleagues, including  myself.  Your family is very lucky to have you, I know. I had the opportunity to work with and know Ty since 2006. He was always a conscientious and thorough technician who made sure he got things right and helped to find and resolve issues. He was fun to work with - a great sense of humor and kind to all. We could connect on technical issues, personal joys and sorrows, and shared interests like travel and cars. Ty was always there for a friendly fist bump and genuine caring, my idea of the ideal workmate. The world was brighter with him in it and he is sorely missed.

I had the  pleasure of working alongside Thai for the last 4 years. We engaged in many conversations and shared many laughs during that time. I will always remember him for being a responsible, smart, and caring human being.  I will forever consider Thai as my friend, not just a co-worker.

Hands down one of the funniest people I knew.  Ty would always tell you how he felt and never hold back.  He would always share whatever he had too.  He even gave me a tea bag out of his desk drawer from his trip to Australia.  We always had great talks.  Will miss you, Ty. 

Ty was always such a positive presence around the office. He would go out of his way to help anyone that needed it, and share a story and a laugh with you in the process. He was one of the most genuine people I've ever met and I will miss him a lot. My condolences to the entire Phengsavath family.

I will always remember Ty's positive attitude and his willingness to help -- be it finding the right cables or fixing a broken laptop, I know I can just come up to him and he will always be ready to lend a hand.
