

Pandi graduated from Tirana University with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He worked with passion, and his contributions were significant during his 33-year-long career in Reclamation Co in Shkozet-Durres, hydropower plant in Fierza, Export Park, and NTPN-Durres. He was loved by friends and colleagues and was respected for his wisdom, compassion, and decision-making.
Family was Pandi’s primary focus in life, and he consistently strived to provide as much as he could for them. He was a rare example of a truly dedicated and loving husband, father, and grandfather. Not only did Pandi treasure spending time with his family, he also enjoyed reading, working on cars, and sports, particularly soccer.
In 1993, Pandi and his wife moved to the United States. They lived in Philadelphia, PA until 2007, when they ultimately moved to San Diego, CA. The Bello residence was an open door for all Albanians who enjoyed the excellent food, great conversations at the dinner table, and anecdotes from Pandi, who always entertained with his great sense of humor.
Pandi will always be remembered for his caring personality, hard work, and everlasting wisdom. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends, all of whom he had a positive impact on.
Pandi is survived by his wife of 62 years, Elisaveta, his sons and their wives, Edmond and Ena, Ardian and Dorthi, and his beloved grandchildren, Dario, Nicholas, Esther, and Edra.
