

Richard Marc Sanderville, 55, of San Diego passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014. He was born in Brussels, Belgium on Feb. 16, 1959, to the late Celestin and Philomene Sanderville. Richard grew up in Maywood, a community of Los Angeles, graduated from John Boscoe High School, and received a bachelor's degree in business from the University of San Francisco in 1989.
Richard was assistant vice president of operations at the La Jolla branch of California Bank and Trust and was actively involved in church ministry at Saint Brigid's in Pacific Beach. Richard's pride and joy were his family, his church, and the customers and coworkers he worked with everyday. He was loved by all who met him and will be greatly missed.
Richard is survived by his two children: Dane Sanderville, 25, of San Diego, and Megan Sanderville, 23, of New York, NY. He is also survived by his former spouse, Delilah Sanderville, of San Diego.
A viewing and rosary will be held at Beardsley-Mitchell Funeral Home in Ocean Beach from 6-8 pm on Tuesday, March 25th. The funeral will take place at 11 a.m. at St. Brigid's Catholic Church on Wednesday, March 26th, immediately followed by a reception in the parish hall.
