Rolando was blissfully married to his wife Emma Palma Perez for 38 years until her passing. He loved cooking for his family, enjoyed televised basketball games with his wife, and watching westerns. Rolando is survived by his son, Roland Kris, his daughter, Jennifer, and her husband, Peter.
A visitation for Rolando will be held Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (a recitation of the Rosary will begin at 5PM) at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121.
A Funeral Service will occur Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121. A graveside service will occur Saturday, March 8, 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley & Memorial Park, 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121.
A Reception open to family and friends is to follow the graveside service starting at 2PM at Seaside Buffet, 8998 Miramar Rd, San Diego, CA 92126.
