Bair is survived by his wife, Bounhom Xaykosy; his daughter Annie Mounyvong (Joe Mounyvong); and his daughter Amala Xaykosy-Scott (Phil Scott); his granddaughter Adara Scott, his granddaughter Aryah Mounyvong and his grandson Kobe Mounyvong.
