Theresa Woo-Shih Chuang passed away on December 24th, 2025 in San Diego, CA. She was born in 1944 in China, and was the oldest of six children. In her early 20s, she came to the US to obtain a Master's degree, and subsequently worked as a software engineer for most of her career. Theresa met her husband Chi Fa Antony (Tony) Chuang during graduate school and married shortly after. Theresa and Tony had two daughters, Allene and Emmeline, and spent many years together enjoying hobbies like travel, dancing, and golf. Theresa will be remembered for her deep love for family and friends, her strong personality, and her engagement with the local Chinese school and church community. May she forever rest in peace.
A memorial service will be held at El Camino Memorial - Sorrento Valley, located at 5600 Carroll Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92121, United States. The service is scheduled for January 10, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am.
