Victoria Oxè

Born on May 8, 1952, in San Diego, Vickie grew up with a spirited heart and a deep love for those around her. She built a life centered on generosity, resilience, and fierce love for her children and granddaughter. Her happiest moments were spent surrounded by family, puzzling, sharing stories, offering advice, and lighting up every room with her unmistakable laugh.

Vickie is survived by her beloved daughters, Tori Diana Randall (Heflin) and Maegan Marie Carey (Heflin); her cherished sons-in-law, Kesler Randall and Jonathan Carey; and the joy of her life, her granddaughter, Madison Reese Carey, who brought her boundless pride and endless smiles.

She is preceded in death by her parents Bernard and Nina, her brother Barney, her husband James Oxè, and is mourned by her loving siblings: Steven Baum, Marie Smith, Cecilia Jones-her twin-and Bernadette Baum, and the father of her children Gary Heflin.

Vickie's legacy lives on in the compassion she modeled, the humor she shared, and the deep family bonds she nurtured. Her presence will be profoundly missed and forever remembered.
