Fare thee well our Brother ...Rainbow Warrior ...and the true American Hippie Dead Head! Edweiser sailed his wings the eve of July 23, 2014, joining all those who have already made their departure to Terrapin! Born in Whitehall, New York, he is survived by 9 siblings, one daughter, 6 grandchildren and literally thousands of brothers and sisters coast to coast and beyond. For over thirty years he shined his Lovelight on tour with the Grateful Dead and had an influence that was beyond words. "If we had to explain, you wouldn't understand!" He ran hard and fast with the Crew and was generous to his Family and so many others. He loved music and art and making people "smile". Come celebrate his life with the Family, Tuesday, July 29 at HALSTED N. GRAY – CAREW & ENGLISH Funeral Home, 1123 Sutter Street, San Francisco, from 3-7 p.m. with a service at 6 p.m.....We love you more than words can tell!
