On March 4 , 1948 , Penny married Harry Huen Lowe in Hong Kong. They immigrated to the United States in 1949 and made their home in San Jose, California.
Penny loved cooking, gardening, watching Chinese soap operas, traveling, playing mahjong, and visiting casinos.
She i s survived by her children: Allan ( Janie), Charlene, and Kathryn; her grandsons: Casey ( Cathy), Garrett ( Betty), Aaron ( Paige), Christopher ( Lien), and Harrison; and her great- grandchildren: Vienna, Aiden, Ian, Avery, and Lillien.
