Sandra Louise Peters-Kaiser

Age 82

Sandra Louise Peters-Kaiser, beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 30, 2025, at the age of 82. She is survived by her devoted husband, Udo Kaiser, her daughter, Michelle Smith, and her stepchildren, Jasmine Kaiser and Richard Kaiser.

Sandra was born on July 27, 1942, in Topeka, Kansas, in her family home. She attended Topeka High School and furthered her education at Kansas State University. In 1962, she married Michael Charles Smith and later moved to California, following in the footsteps of her mother, Doy McKee.

Over the years, Sandra worked as a secretary and pursued a successful career in modeling, appearing in print ads and walking the runway. She later became a single mother and dedicated herself to providing the best life possible for her daughter, Michelle. Sandra’s determination led her to a successful career in public service, where she became the Director of Housing at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Sandra also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

After flourishing in her career she met and married the Love of her Life Udo Kaiser.

Her passion for service extended to her community, where she made a significant impact as the Executive Chair and Board Member of the American Heart Association's San Francisco Chapter. Sandra’s commitment to giving back was evident in her active involvement in her church, Third Baptist Church in San Francisco.

Sandra Louise Peters-Kaiser was a woman of strength, grace, and compassion. She leaves behind a lasting legacy in her family, friends, and community. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
