Juana was born on Tuesday, October 14, 1952 in Progresso,Yucatan.
The fourth of the five daughters of Juan and Nery Uc, Juana is survived by her loving husbands of 49 years, Joaquin Serrano; children, Joaquin Serrano and Juanita & Erik Sahakian; and her beloved grandchildren, Skylar and Maksim Sahakian.
Juana grew up in Progresso, Yucatan, Mexico until her honeymoon moon in 1974 and moved to California.
Juana owned a beauty salon for over 30 years in San Gabriel, California. Juana enjoyed life, her family and friends, dancing, and traveling to one place...her hometown of Progresso.
She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter, and lots of memories.
A funeral service for Juana will be held Saturday, June 24, 2023 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Pierce Brothers Turner & Stevens Mortuary, 1136 East Las Tunas Drive, San Gabriel, CA 91776.
