Nanay and Tatay were two of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. Living in Las Vegas I never got to see them often.  Whenever we went to LA our first stop was their house, now going there will never be the same again. Every visit was worth it just to see their smiles. I’ll miss the smell of their house. I’ll miss sitting on their bed with my cousins. And I’ll miss their hospitality and love. My heart hurts so much knowing that they’re gone. But it helps to know that they’re in a better place now. Nanay and Tatay will always stay in my heart.


          My tribute to my Pare Katong and Mare Mila. It’s a great privilege and honor to express my love, gratitude and thankfulness to them.             St. Paul in one of his letters in the Bible says: Do not withhold any good things to someone; if it is within your capacity to do it. I have stayed with Pare and Mare for a year, that’s why I know them well too. Being with them for that period I never heard any arguments between them, even though Pare have a strict attitude on everything; that’s because Mare have lots of patience. Both of them are good cooks. They have their own specialty. Pare was always busy gardening, cooking, keeping the garden/yard clean, seeing his planted flowers blooming and his squash, ampalaya, string beans, bell peppers, kamote leaves and malungay in abundance. There’s lots of fruit trees in the backyard too. I believed they are happy now, for they have fulfilled their marriage vows; “till death do us part”. I missed Mare’s beautiful face and her beautiful heart. My family missed them so much….their kindness, caring and generosity to all.                                                                                             Lastly, we are comforted by the Word of God:    1.) Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.                                                                                     2.) For me, to live is Christ and to die is gain.         3.) Eyes have not seen, nor ears have heard the glory that awaits for them who loved God.             4.) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me, all the days of my life; and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.                                                                        Pare and Mare, you’re always in our hearts. ❤️      TO GOD BE THE GLORY!!! ✝️

WE OFFER OUR CONDOLENCE AND PRAYERS TO OUR BELOVED RELATIVES, RENATO “ TONG” & MILAGROS “MILAGRING” DIONISIO;   We, the Maniwang family, are very saddened and was badly shaken about Tong & Milagring’s departure last December 2021.  As our very close relative, we would like to express our sincere sympathy to all their children and their respective families.  
May our prayers to God comfort all of you during this sad time.  May the good Lord richly bless everyone as you mourn, and may the light of His presence be a continual source of consolation.  We will all miss and remember our cousins Tong & Milagring in our hearts and prayers forever.  May they Rest In Peace with God, Amen. 

Nay, Tay, thank you for everything. God knew that you guys needed to be together. He knew that you guys are inseparable. Heaven gained 2 beautiful angels. I miss you guys every day. Till we meet again. I love you both.

Thank you for the memories Tatay Tong and Nanay Milagring.  Both of you will be forever in our hearts, we will greatly miss you, we will never forget 🙏🙏 


Nanay and Tatay will always be my family.... They treated me as their own.  I never felt like an outsider. Always very protective and caring. Tatay will always pack lunch for Jing Jing and I... "hating kapatid... pero mas maraming ulam kay Jing hahahaha"  On weekend mornings when I'm just home after I sneak out the night before to go out and party til 3:00am, I would hear tatay watering his vegetable garden. Nanay would ask me to help her color her hair. She will go across the street to get her Revlon hair dye and would cut the trashbag and wrap it around her shoulder with a huge hair clamp. I cant help myself smile as I am writing and remembering the old times. Nanay..Tatay thank you for sharing your love, your home, your family to me.  I hope in a way you're proud of what I've accomolished in life. Please continue to protect Jing Jing and I. Alam mo naman tatay.. pasaway ako :)
