

Victor was born on May 5, 1987, in Los Angeles, California, and later made his home in Rosemead, California. He was known for his gentle demeanor, quiet presence, and thoughtful nature. Victor may not have always been outspoken, but those who knew him understood his kindness, sincerity, and the steady way he showed care for others.
Victor had a deep love for playing video games and watching anime, passions that brought him joy, comfort, and inspiration throughout his life. He appreciated storytelling, imagination, and the sense of adventure found in these worlds, and they provided him with moments of happiness and escape that meant a great deal to him.
Family was at the heart of Victor’s life. He is survived by his devoted parents, Khoum Horn and Ton Monh, as well as his three brothers and two sisters. As a son and brother, Victor was deeply loved, and his family will forever cherish the memories they shared with him. His presence, though quiet, was meaningful, and his absence will be felt profoundly.
Victor will be remembered for his gentle spirit, kind heart, and the unique way he experienced the world. Though his life was far too short, the love he gave and the memories he leaves behind will endure. He will remain forever in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A funeral service honoring Victor’s life will be held on February 11, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., at Pierce Brothers Turner & Stevens Mortuary.
