Bernard A Ventura

The funeral service will be held at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park on December 21st, 2020, at 11:00am. Fr. Eric Piczon of St. Maria Goretti Parish will be officiating. Visitation will be held at 11:00am, followed a short vigil service and burial to begin at 1:00pm. All funeral arrangements are being handled by Oak Hill.

Bernard was born in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines on July 3, 1961. He attended Colegio de San Juan de Letran and continued to study at The Philippine Military Academy.

Bernard was married to Angela Carandang Ventura on September 4, 1994; they were married for 26 years.

Bernard worked in IT for several companies including Genentech, Apple, and later on at the University of California, Santa Cruz Silicon Valley Extension campus. He enjoyed playing golf and traveling with his family.

Bernard is survived by his wife, Angela; his two sons, Brandon and Brian Ventura; his mother, Ermie Pino; and his two younger sisters, Gina and Donnamarie Ventura.

Bernard is preceded in death by his daughter, Joy Angeline Ventura who passed away in 1996.
