She moved to Honolulu in 1989 and worked in housekeeping at the Hawaiian Village Hilton Hotel until her retirement. Bienvenida moved to San Jose, California in 2020 to be closer to her daughter, Grace. She later moved to Spanish Springs, Nevada, for her last three years.
Bienvenida is survived by her loving daughter, Grace Landeza Cachola (Magno), adored grandchildren Darren Cachola and Michelle Cachola Truchetta (Richard). She was blessed to know her great grandson Michael Cachola Truchetta. Bienvenida was predeceased by her loving husband, Nicolas and her parents, Richard and Elena Landeza. She will be reunited with her siblings who have gone before her: Felix, Jose and Guillermo Landeza and a young baby boy a few years old.
Bienvenida will be dearly missed by her family and friends, to whom she gave much love.
