Sometimes in life, you are lucky enough to meet that special person that just instantly bonds with you. Well, that person for me is Cathy. We met at work at Apple computer back in the 80s and we have stayed friends all through the years and we have always kept in touch and we even managed to spend some time together several years ago, which was so great! My heart is so broken that I will never speak to her again. She was and will always be so special to me and I thank God that I was lucky enough to have her in my life.
Cathy, I love you and I’m sure gonna miss you. God bless your sweet soul and rest in peace and love my friend. 💗🙏

Aunt Cathy,

I still can’t believe the news. You were always a giver and wanted nothing more than to be there for your loved ones. I will miss your contagious laugh and who you were as a loving woman, dedicated to her family and friends. We are all fortunate to have had you in our lives. Selfishly, I still want you here. I will never forget your laughter, jokes, quick wit, your love for nature, music (all the cool concerts you went to like Led Zeppelin!), and your sense of humor and strong spirit. The love you always had for everyone is what I will continue to bring to those around me. Thank you for being a part of my life and all my childhood memories will not be forgotten. Sister, words cannot convey what a beautiful woman you have been. I keep reminiscing from our childhood and remembering how matriarchal you were to all four of your sisters. I will miss all of those memories from then up to now. I have been praying everyday to you in hopes that you hear me when I say “Even though we are far apart, you will always be in my heart.” I love you my Sister.

Sister, words cannot express how much I am going to miss you.  You were not just my sister but a best friend and confidant. The love you shared with my family being such an amazing Aunt to Katrina and co-grandparenting AJ with me as his "Auntie Nana" is something we will hold dearly in our hearts. The day of your passing as I was driving away, there was a beautiful rainbow right over the hospital and I thought there is your gateway to heaven. I know God has you. I love you so much, until we see eachother again.

My mom…..  the most selfless individual in my life.  One who demonstrated the heart posture that Jesus spoke of.  It’s not what you outwardly profess but what your heart produces and my mom produced love for everyone who she could help.  Many will say that she was the rock in their life as she played many roles with strength and an unwillingness to give up till the job was complete.  I’m thankful for the opportunity to be your son and call you my mom; you always did your best and I wouldn’t trade that for anything.  I thank God that this is not goodbye but see you later; Love you and see you soon!
