Our family is deeply heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved mother, Elisa Jimenez, who passed away peacefully on October 27, 2025, at the age of 83, surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Though we will miss her dearly, we find comfort in the beautiful memories we shared and in the lasting legacy of love, kindness, and strength she leaves behind.

A longtime resident of San Jose, California, Elisa enjoyed a full and joyful life. She retired from Del Monte Foods and also worked for Macy’s, where she made many cherished friendships. Elisa loved traveling, spending time at the casino, and singing karaoke with her friends. She will always be remembered for her warmth, generosity, and the unwavering love she showed to her family and all who knew her.

Elisa is preceded in death by her husband, Jose Jimenez. She is survived by her children Patricia Jimenez, Suzanna (Jim) Renteria, and Miguel Jimenez; grandchildren Richard Olivas, James Renteria, Megan Nelson, Justin Renteria, Matthiew Olivas, and Denise Jimenez; and great-grandchildren Christopher Rodriguez, Carter Nelson, Cameron Nelson, Madilyn Olivas, and Asher Renteria.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Elisa’s life on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 300 Curtner Ave., San Jose, CA 95125.

A Committal Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2650 Madden Ave., San Jose, CA 95122.

A Reception will be held afterward at the San Jose Scottish Rite Center, 2455 Masonic Dr., San Jose, CA 95125.

Elisa will forever remain in our hearts.
